2 tsp agar-agar powder (swallow globe, white)

1-1,5 glass of water

1 pck Chocolate Cream with Valrhona (Elle Vire)

How To :

Mixed agar-agar powder + water.

Stir well.

Add in Chocolate Cream.

Again, stir well.

Boil and then pour to mold.

Side aside, wait until it’s cold.

Chill.
